The Sugar Beet crowd rolled in AGAIN ready for action this week, filling the room with big laughs, and just enough competitive spirit to make everyone suspicious of their neighbors’ bingo cards despite the rain storm.

Guest host Johnny W navigating the music, the night was primed for another round of musical madness and crowd‑powered fun.

Round 1 opened with Family Affair, and it didn’t take long for the room to prove that everyone has at least one song about family tucked somewhere in their memory. Achievers appeared early, and the sing‑along energy kicked in fast — some confident, some questionable, all entertaining.

Round 2 took us back to the Class of ’85, where big hair, big hooks, and even bigger nostalgia ruled the room. It quickly became clear that several of you either lived through the era or have spent a suspicious amount of time revisiting it on Spotify.

Round 3 dropped us into the land of One Hit Wonders, and suddenly every table was shouting out lyrics they hadn’t thought about in twenty years. The harmonies got louder, the dancing got bolder, and the room leaned fully into the joy of songs that burned bright and disappeared fast.

Right in the middle of the night, we hit another breakout dance session, and the place absolutely erupted. Johnny dropped some solid hits, all the tables almost emptied instantly, and for a few minutes the entire venue turned into one big, joyful dance floor. Whether your moves were polished or purely improvised, you kept the momentum soaring.

Round 4 closed things out with the 1970s, an era of unforgettable voices, iconic grooves, and enough personality to fill the entire venue twice over. Achievers surged toward the finish line, and the crowd’s singing hit its peak. Whether it was the playlist, the excitement, or a perfectly timed second beverage, the room sounded fantastic.

We also celebrated birthdays for Matt and Karen, and the crowd delivered a warm, enthusiastic chorus of “Happy Birthday” that filled the room without revealing anyone’s age — a classy move.

When the Winners’ Wheel finally settled, congratulations went out to Dick, Teresa S., Alexis N., and Carol Smith — a winning mix of timing, skill, and just the right amount of luck.
